Mercy Health invites compassionate individuals to join Mercy Place Mount Saint Joseph's in Young as a casual care team member. Provide resident-centered clinical care, support residents and families, and work with a dedicated team to deliver quality aged care. You'll supervise carers and nurses, conduct assessments, complete documentation to high standards, and uphold Mercy's values. Training and pathway opportunities are available within a supportive for-purpose organisation.
