- Collaborate with clinical teams and educators to ensure participants receive a positive and consistent learning experience.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of the programs as they continue to grow.
- Support a positive learning environment that encourages questions, reflection, confidence and professional growth.
This is more than a coordination role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the experience of nurses at the beginning of their careers and contribute to building a strong, supported nursing workforce for the future.
About You

- The ability to provide constructive feedback, undertake competency assessments and support individual learning needs.
- A commitment to staff wellbeing and creating a positive learning environment.
- The ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams, educators and key stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for helping new nurses build confidence, capability and a strong foundation for their careers.
