Bupa Bendigo is seeking a Care Manager to join our clinical team. You will support the General Manager in delivering person-centred care, ensuring high standards of assessment, care planning, and clinical governance for residents.

You will lead the care home clinical team, oversee daily operations, manage incidents, coordinate AN-ACC assessments, and liaise with families to review care plans while upholding Resident Rights and accreditation standards.
