Estia Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct clinical care to residents in our aged care home in Victoria. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalised care plans and ensure timely, accurate documentation in line with AN ACC and Commonwealth Standards.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, a Nursing Diploma, and solid computer skills. You will lead and supervise Personal Care Workers, promoting holistic resident care and a supportive team environment.
