We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join a welcoming aged care facility in Hervey Bay on a casual basis.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high quality clinical care while supporting residents' wellbeing, dignity, and independence.

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care
• Complete clinical assessments and documentation
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor resident health and elevate concerns as required
• Support and mentor care staff
• Work collaboratively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams

To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous aged care experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A genuine passion for delivering quality resident-centred care
