As the After Hours Nurse Manager, you will provide hospital-wide leadership and coordination, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care across all clinical areas during after-hours periods.

You will be a visible and approachable leader, supporting staff in clinical decision-making, managing competing priorities and facilitating timely responses to emerging risks and complex situations. You will bring to this role strong clinical judgement, excellent communication skills and the confidence to make sound decisions in a demanding hospital environment whilst balancing competing priorities while maintaining a clear focus on patient safety, staff wellbeing and operational effectiveness.

If you are a confident and compassionate Nursing leader who can bring clinical expertise, operational insight and a collaborative approach to after-hours hospital management, we encourage you to apply.
