Nanyima Aged Care Inc. is seeking a compassionate Care Manager to lead our 51 bed facility, delivering safe, high quality, resident centred care.

You will guide the care team, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with families to maintain a home-like environment. Reporting to the Residential Service Manager, you will champion Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance, and continuous improvement across quality and resident experience.
