St Vincent's Hospital Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Community Mental Health Rehabilitation and PEIPOD teams, based at the O'Brien Centre in Darlinghurst. The role supports adults 18-65 and young people 16-25 with mental health needs, delivering assessments, case management and recovery oriented care.

You will hold a caseload, work across inpatient and community settings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to manage cardiometabolic risk and physical health care.
