Chris O'Brien Lifehouse is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager for the 8N surgical ward, caring for Head & Neck and Thoracic surgery patients. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee daily ward operations and drive quality improvements to enhance patient care.

You will work with a supportive leadership group and a dedicated CNE, NP and CNS, ensuring resource efficiency and staff development in a busy cancer care setting.
