LDK Seniors Living in Canberra is seeking a Registered Nurse - Care Partner to coordinate and oversee care for a portfolio of residents, combining assessment skills, critical thinking and clinical judgement to deliver personalised care.

You will work closely with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure care is well-coordinated, documented and aligned with our values of Love, Decency and Kindness, with a Monday-Friday schedule and ample development opportunities.
