Monash Health is seeking an experienced clinical leader to support the Nurse Manager in a youth mental health inpatient unit. You will provide clinical leadership, staff support, patient flow coordination and operational oversight to ensure safe, high quality, recovery focused care for young people and their families.

You will bring strong leadership experience in youth or mental health settings, excellent communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement and mentoring of staff.
